Logic PM were appointed by Bethany School (an independent secondary School in Kent), to act as the Project Manager and Contract Administrator for the construction of a new performing arts centre incorporating the refurbishment of the adjoining buildings. This included areas such as dance and drama studios, green rooms, recording rooms and practice rooms.

Logic PM and the team have worked hard on the progress and the project is completed with section completion and practical completion 6 weeks later. Logic PM, the design team and the contractor are working tirelessly to create an aesthetically pleasing, modern and practical space for this school. While ensuring the client’s needs are met and the project keeps in line with budget, time frame and versatility.

As part of our appointment, we ensure communication, collaboration and cohesiveness with all the team, (including the Client) is maintained throughout. This enables a smooth transition from design to construction and to handover, with every detail in between covered. Logic PM has been maintaining this, since 2021 along with being on-site every week to assist with the flow of information, monitor works carried out by the contractor and report to the School Governors and Executive team.
