CASE STUDY

Benenden School is an independent boarding school for girls in the heart of the Kent countryside. Logic PM was appointed as a Client Representative for the demolition of the existing school building and the construction of a new School Hall and Music School.

As Client representatives, we acted as an expert central point of resource for the Employer. We were engaged to support the School in matters relating to building Contract and works on site providing a knowledgeable single point of contact for the Client and the design team. Our role assisted in matters of design, workmanship, cost management and Contract Administrative support.

From September 2019 until late 2022, Logic PM has been on site every week to assist with the flow of information, monitor works carried out by the contractor and report to the School Governors and Executive team.

Logic PM has continued to support the school post-construction and into the transition phase of the project and will continue to support and aid the School for the duration of its needs.
