CASE STUDY

Logic PM were appointed in 2022 for the refurbishment works at Tenterden Town Hall. Our appointment of Project Manager and Quantity surveyor has meant we have tendered and appointed the design works and now have a full design team working closely together to finish the design and progress the works to tender stage.
 

The works are currently being tendered in an open forum due to the Council's requirements and the project will be appointed to one contractor in July 2024.
 

Works are due to start in August 2024 and complete in 2025, creating a modern, spacious head office for the Council, performance space for local clubs, registry office and exhibition space.
 

Logic PM will be completing bi-weekly visits and meetings to ensure progress is as per the programme and budget.
