Logic PM has completed our fourth job in Manchester. Acting as the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator for a high-end office refurbishment on behalf of WH Ireland. 

Whilst the timings made this a challenging project the Contractor and project team delivered to the required programme. Our team undertook regular site visits, led meetings and assisted in communication between the client and contractor throughout the project.

From start to finish we were closely involved in the project to ensure it was handed over to budget, programme and the best quality possible for our Client. This included meticulous attention to detail, rigorous quality checks, and proactive problem-solving and efficient resource management, ensuring a seamless handover. We implemented robust project controls and maintained a flexible approach to adapt to any changes or challenges that arose.
