Logic PM are appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for a newly built forever home in Kent. Our appointment includes the demolition of the existing property and garage, obtaining planning permission, and overseeing final design stages and engaging a contractor through a tender process. We are also appointed to oversee and monitor the construction phase of works. 
 

After some initial issues with the previous building, works commenced on site April 2024 and are due to finish May 2025.
 

Our team have been on site every week to monitor progress ensuring this is to programme, we also keep communications flowing between the design team and contractor to prevent any delays.

The team are also completing monthly valuations against works completed to confirm this is to budget.
