Breaking ground at Benenden!

After years of dedication and collaboration between the team and the Client, the Benenden Alms Houses project has officially commenced, with the appointed contractor breaking ground last month.  

This exciting new development will bring 12 Alms Houses and 13 private residential homes to the local community, marking a significant milestone for all involved. 

It is further growth for the Logic team as we embark on another project with AB Canham and our first with their sister company, Canham Homes Limited.  

Daren Seal and Nick Baster are respectively performing the role of Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent and will update you as the project continues.
