Performing Arts Centre, Kent
The team recently celebrated the grand opening of the Performing Arts Centre at a school in Kent. This flagship project has been a significant milestone for Logic, and we’ve greatly enjoyed collaborating with such a talented team. The final handover is just around the corner—stay tuned for photos of the stunning building and its state-of-the-art music rooms!
Bracknell Park Homes
After months of meticulous effort, the final park homes and roads are being installed at our site in Bracknell. This project involves a total of 63 homes, contributing to the park’s essential infrastructure and investment needs.
Forever Home, Kent
Fast progress continues on the Forever Home in Kent. With the first floor and roof now complete, the building is becoming weatherproof. Exciting transformations are on the horizon as we move closer to completion.
Private Residential property, Kent
Major milestones are being achieved at the Former Rectory in Kent. The basement underpinning and new drainage systems are nearly finished, allowing the team to begin ground and first-floor refurbishment works soon. A standout feature will be the bespoke staircase, which we can’t wait to see installed.
Tenterden Town Hall
Work is well underway at Tenterden Town Hall, where a full refurbishment and new extension are being delivered. Demolition is in full swing, and the site team has already uncovered some fascinating historical details—stay tuned for updates and photos!
Kent Autistic Trust, Lordswood
Progress is rapid at the Kent Autistic Trust in Lordswood, where we are transforming a day centre into individual flats to support the needs of multiple residents. This full refurbishment marks an important step for the establishment’s future.
